1. Our Services
Studio O offers event venue rentals, including the main room, kitchen, and courtyard, along with optional add-ons such as décor packages, floral arrangements, place settings, and rentals. We specialize in hosting bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, and other special events with a focus on a seamless, turnkey experience.
2. Booking Process
To reserve Studio O for your event, simply reach out to us via our website or email. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a personalized proposal. To officially secure your date, a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required.
Once booked, additional service details and final payments will be shared through your client portal, where you can review your contract and track any changes or additions.
3. Event Content & Usage
Any content shared on this website—including images of past events, décor, and other creative work—is the property of Studio O. We kindly ask that you do not download, copy, or use our images without written consent. We put love into every event, and we ask that you respect our work.
4. Client Contracts
Detailed terms regarding payments, timelines, cancellations, and any specific agreements related to event services are outlined in the Studio O client contract. This will be provided to you once you’ve decided to book your event with us and is available for review in your secure client portal.
Should you have any questions about our services or need further clarification, feel free to reach out.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but please be aware that the retainer is non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling, depending on availability.
